Yes! All of our products are now Phthalate free.

No. None of our products or fragrance oils are tested on animals.

Yes. We only use non-paraben based preservatives in our products.

A fragrance's longevity varies from person to person and depends on many factors. As a geneal rule the oil-based perfumes tend to last the longest compared to water-based products. The Eau de Parfums contain the highest concentration of fragrance, followed by the perfume oil roll-ons, solid perfume, and dry oil perfume. The hair and body spritz contain the lowest concentration of fragrance and are most suitable for scent layering (and refreshing throughout the day) or for those who prefer a more subtle fragrance.  In addition to layering products, it is best to apply perfume to skin that is moisturized as this helps to maintain the scent for longer.

Most of the fragrances contain a combination of essential oils and synthetic fragrance.  The fragrances with an * next to their name (see the fragrance description page) are all natural, meaning they do not contain any synthetic fragrance. Those are made up of essential oils, absolutes, extracts, CO2’s and isolates of the natural aromatic components taken from the scent of the essential oil.

Returns

Returns are accepted for 5 calendar days after date of delivery. Products MUST be wrapped, unopened, and unused in order to qualify for a return. Items that appear to have been opened (including outer tissue wrapping) will not be granted a refund. Customer is responsible for $6.99 return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund amount. We do NOT offer exchanges.

We understand that fragrance preferences are highly personal and can vary from person to person. To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend purchasing samples and/or smaller sizes before committing to a full-size product.

*International customers are responsible for the entire return shipping cost. We are unable issue international return shipping labels, so it is the customer's responsibility to purchase shipping through your local post office. Customer must provide valid tracking information for the return shipping label.

Shipping

Our products are handmade to order so our handling time varies depending on volume.  You can always find the current handling time at the top of our homepage. It is updated daily.

At this time we ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. 

Please note: Not all products are eligible to ship internationally. Eau de Parfums and Body Splashes can not be shipped to countries outside of the United States since they must be shipped via ground transport. Please use the currency selector to select your country. Once you choose your location only the products that are eligible to be shipped to your country will be visible.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS DUTY, ANY FEES, VAT, and TAXES.

If your item is stolen, arrives in poor condition, or doesn't arrive, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the USPS postal service or UPS. In addition, all USPS and UPS packages are insured up to $200 through ShipInsure Package Protection. The customer is responsible for filing all ShipInsure claims. Please visit ShipInsure to file a claim. You will need to provide your email address and order number.
